I own a fleet and pay the fuel bills. However, everyone in my fleet is using their own personnel rewards card and I would like the points for myself. Is this possible?

Yes there are few possibilities to consider. All the cards have the potential to become linked together. After they become linked there is a few ways to manage the distribution of points.

Charity Mode:
All the cards are linked and distribute the points to one “parent” card. Only the parent card can redeem points and all the satellite cards are just used to funnel points back up to the designated parent card.

Drivers are still able to win instant prizes but only the parent card holder can win the monthly and annual grand prizes. Each purchase by a driver counts as an entry into the monthly and annual drawings for the parent card holder only.

Club Mode:
All the cards are linked but distribute their points into a general “collection pool” where any card at any time can redeem from that general pool. Each card is also eligible for monthly and annual prizes on an individual basis.

Ultimately it is up to the owner of a fleet how to distribute points. The Charity Mode is best suited for commercial fleets. The person who foots the bill is able to earn the points they feel they deserve and the drivers receive the benefits of instant prizes. Drivers are also capable able to sign up a personal use card so they can get the full benefits of the program when they spend their own money. The Club Mode is better suited for families that want to share points.
