FAQI lost my card, what should I do? If you registered your card, no worries! Just go to your nearest Gas City and pick up a new card. Then, call the toll free number on the back of the card and we will transfer your points for you. It’s that easy! However, if your card was not registered there is nothing we can do. It’s just like leaving cash on the ground for anyone to use. Be sure to register your cards! How do I redeem my instant prizes? Simple. Just take you prize receipt to the cashier along with the item you have one. Our friendly staff will ring your item up for free! How can I win those cool monthly & annual prizes? Just keep being the loyal Gas City patron you are. The more you visit us and use your Gold Rewards card, the better chance you have to win! I own a fleet and pay the fuel bills. However, everyone in my fleet is using their own personnel rewards card and I would like the points for myself. Is this possible? Yes there are few possibilities to consider. All the cards have the potential to become linked together. After they become linked there is a few ways to manage the distribution of points. Charity Mode: Drivers are still able to win instant prizes but only the parent card holder can win the monthly and annual grand prizes. Each purchase by a driver counts as an entry into the monthly and annual drawings for the parent card holder only. Club Mode: Ultimately it is up to the owner of a fleet how to distribute points. The Charity Mode is best suited for commercial fleets. The person who foots the bill is able to earn the points they feel they deserve and the drivers receive the benefits of instant prizes. Drivers are also capable able to sign up a personal use card so they can get the full benefits of the program when they spend their own money. The Club Mode is better suited for families that want to share points.
